The International Caddie Certification Program is a membership driven organization that is open to all caddies, independent contractors, and golf facilities who want to support and certify their caddies. The ICCP provides the most informative educational materials and certification services in the industry.

To get your certification, you must pass an online exam. The exam consists of 50 multiple choice questions, and one 500 word essay.

Each test is manually reviewed by a professional certification officer, who will alert you by email when your score is ready.

      • Yes, you can take the test whenever you feel ready to take it, however you are only allowed to take the test twice every two weeks.

    • Does ICCP offer help with finding a caddie job?
      • Although ICCP does not help you with finding a job, we do give you tools once you are certified to be successful in reaching your goals as a caddie. These include but are not limited to, discounted memberships to caddie companies and links to companies that are hiring.
    • Does this certification allow me to get hired at a golf course and also work as an independent contractor?
      • Yes, our certification is recognized by golf facilities hiring caddies, caddy management companies, and other caddie platforms to work as an independent contractor or sole proprietor.
    • Is the membership automatically billed?
      • No, you will be responsible to update your membership yearly but will be sent an email when membership dues are to be paid.
